Kunal Kishore is the CEO and the founding partner at Winglobe Healthcare and is instrumental in the genesis & evolution of the organization. Kunal started his career with a leading multinational surgical device company and gained valuable experience in Sales & Marketing, thereafter he started his entrepreneurial journey with Winglobe HC. He holds a Bachelor's in science (Biotechnology) & Master's in Business Administration. His objective is to create a global medical device manufacturing company from India, which is constantly striving to develop innovative advanced products at affordable price points. Strategic yet tactical in his approach, his keen understanding of the market needs and constant focus on solving customer requirements with quality products is the core of Winglobe's philosophy.

MT Naidu is one of the co-founder of Winglobe Healthcare & serves as a Director of the firm. He is an entrepreneur, investor & a visionary leader with a career spanning over 30 years in medical technology products. His comprehensive knowledge & relentless zeal for establishing & transforming business' have greatly contributed to the growth and expansion of several endeavours. He has successfully transitioned many businesses from distribution to manufacturing set-up in areas of Interventional Cardiology & Neuro-Spine. Apart from managing his own company, he has been a mentor to several Indian healthcare startups in new product development process. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Master's in commerce.

Having worked in the domains of Sales and Market Development & Product Training in several multinational med-device companies, Neehar Sinha has been the co-founder and serving as the COO for Winglobe Healthcare. Neehar has been instrumental in the development & upgrading the product portfolio based on customer needs and complementing a complete portfolio representation. Her constant focus is to ensure smooth operations for the world class range of products that we offer and ensure that our team members are well trained to represent our technologies. Neehar holds a Master of Technology degree.

With an experience spanning close to 30 years in medical devices and having been in leadership roles in various capacities during this tenure, Sundeep’s mandate is to chart out the Domestic & International strategic growth trajectory for Winglobe. Having worked for global giants such as Medtronic and Covidien in the domains of Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac, and Laparoscopic Surgery, the last few years have been dedicated to working with start-up organizations and help them establish their footprint and presence for global markets. Sundeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Master's in Business Management.
